Quality criteria and processes

The event consisted of a training session on quality criteria and processes conducted by inspector Ailton Torres for the staff at the TRAZO station. Lasting approximately 30 minutes, the session's main goal was to raise awareness among the staff about the importance of understanding and sharing product acceptance criteria, as well as the impact their activities have both internally in the manufacturing of components and kits, and externally with customers, covering everything from the care of raw materials to the shipment of the finished product. The intention to continue these training sessions for all production personnel was also highlighted, reinforcing the quality and commitment to the company's standards.
